We decided that it would be good to go to the wineries since the chiuren’s parents are here visiting. It was great even though Debs and I and her friend, Michelle hung out together most of the time cause we were estranged from the main grp due to our inability to find out how the road systems in Southbank all come together. Sometimes driving here is pretty grating on the nerves! Grrrr. Here’s how nice weather, good company and a chill out attitude all comes together to give us an enjoyable day. Grateful to the Lord for all that we have. Even though i am not a big wine drinker because of my natural aversion to alcoholic smells, i do like to taste and see how the flavours in some wines blend. Mighty interesting!
However, the highlight of the day is ironically not the wine but the fact that Debs and I walked into a Tattersalls (something like an Aussie Singapore Pools) and sieved through a rack of DVDs to find “Forever Fever” starring Adrian Pang. We purchased it for 5 dollars and were so pleased with ourselves. Its so awesome to get good buys at the most unlikely places. Support Singaporean talent!
